Shipping​
We offer free USPS First-Class shipping for all domestic orders of $35.00 or more. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping large vinyl decals can be difficult as they cannot be creased or folded. We have spent considerable time determining the best shipping method for our decals. To ensure that your decals arrive safely, we roll them inside a capped cardboard tube sealed inside our branded shipping box. Our packaging is manufactured with at least 70% post-consumer waste and is 100% recyclable. For more information about our sustainability efforts, click here.

Domestic
Standard Shipping: USPS First-Class Mail (1-5 business days after order processing)
Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days after order processing)
Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express (Next day to 2 business days after order processing)

International
Economy: USPS First-Class Mail International (varies by location)
Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days after order processing)
Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days after order processing)

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS. For more information on rates and delivery times, please visit www.usps.com. If you would like your order shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL, please contact us prior to ordering. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and fees charged by the destination country.

Damaged or Missing Contents
We will replace or refund you for a package that is damaged or missing contents upon delivery. If your package has arrived damaged or is missing contents, please contact us. You will be required to submit photographic evidence of any damage.

Lost or Missing Packages
We will do our best to assist you if a package is confirmed as delivered by USPS but is lost or missing — but please know that depending on the outcome of our USPS claim, we may not replace your package or provide you with a refund. You can request a signature upon delivery before placing your order which will ensure that the package is delivered directly to you.
We must wait at least 15 business days from the shipping date before filing a claim with USPS. Once we file a claim, USPS can take 5-10 business days to process the claim.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a USPS Help Request. We highly encourage you to file a police report if you suspect your package was stolen.
If your package hasn't arrived after 7 business days from when you submit your Help Request, submit a USPS Missing Mail Request.
