Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. There are a few important things to know when returning an item you purchased from us. 

  • You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it (date of delivery confirmation). 

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

  • Used, damaged, missing packaging, or items that our otherwise not merchantable – as determined at the sole discretion of Acorn Graphics – will not be accepted. 

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from us, either in person, on our website, or through Etsy, Ebay or Amazon, can be returned to us. 

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. 

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

  • Custom ordered items and TrimFit® decals are not eligible for return or refunds. 

Exchange Policy

  • Used, damaged, missing packaging, or items that our otherwise not merchantable – as determined at the sole discretion of Acorn Graphics – will not be accepted.

  • You may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value of the original item purchased. 

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. 

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

  • Custom ordered items and TrimFit® decals are not eligible for exchanges. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be initiated through the platform where you originally purchased the item (i.e. our website, Etsy, Ebay, or Amazon). The way your refund is processed depends on the platform and your original payment method. In most cases, if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five to ten (5-10) business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

Refunds on items purchased from us using a gift card or store credit will be issued to you as a store credit by email.
