Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we're here to help. There are a few important things to know when returning an item you purchased from us:
» You have thirty (30) days from the original order date to return or exchange an item.
» The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
» Used, damaged, missing packaging, or items that are otherwise not merchantable, as determined at the sole discretion of Acorn Graphics, will not be accepted. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that have been damaged during or after installation.
» Only items that have been purchased directly from Acorn Graphics, either in person, on our website, from an authorized dealer, or through our third-party ecommerce platforms (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram) can be returned or exchanged.
» You are responsible for any return shipping costs, including shipping insurance.
» You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us prior to sending the item back.
» Custom orders, Limited Edition items, and TrimFit® decals are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund will be initiated through the platform where you originally purchased the item. The way you refund is processed depends on the platform and your original payment method. In most cases, if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Refunds on items purchased with a gift card or store credit will be issued to you as an electronic gift card. Electronic gift cards will be issued via email and are only redeemable through our website.
