Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. There are a few important things to know when returning an item you purchased from us: 

  • You have thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date to return or exchange an item. 

  • The item must be returned to Acorn Graphics unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

  • Used, damaged, missing packaging, or items that are otherwise not merchantable, as determined at the sole discretion of Acorn Graphics, will not be accepted. We do not offer replacements or refunds for decals that have been damaged during or after installation. 

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from us, either in person, on our website, or through Etsy, eBay, or Amazon, can be returned or exchanged. 

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. 

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us prior to sending your order back.

  • TrimFit® decals and custom orders are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. 


Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be initiated through the platform where you originally purchased the item (e.g., our website, Etsy, eBay, or Amazon). The way your refund is processed depends on the platform and your original payment method. In most cases, if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five to ten (5-10) business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Refunds on items purchased from us using a gift card or store credit will be issued to you as store credit, which will be provided by email.
