We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all domestic orders of $35.00 or more. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Transit times are calculated by the United States Postal Service (USPS). For more information on rates and delivery times, please visit www.usps.com. If you would like your order shipped via UPS, FedEx, GlobalPost or DHL, please contact us prior to ordering.
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, surcharges, or fees charged by the destination country.
To ensure that your decals arrive safely, we roll them inside a branded cardboard tube. Please be aware that some items in your order may ship separately. There is no additional charge for items that are shipped separately.

Damaged or Missing Contents
If your package has arrived damaged or is missing contents, please contact us immediately. We will promptly replace or issue a refund for missing or damaged items upon delivery. You will be required to submit a claim through the shipment provider and submit photographic evidence of all damaged items.
We will do our best to assist you if a package is confirmed as delivered by the shipment provider but you are unable to locate the package. In the event that a package is lost or missing, please immediately contact us. We will guide you through the steps to open a case with the shipment provider. If the shipping provider determines that they were at fault, we will promptly ship a replacement order or provide you with a full refund.
We must wait at least fifteen (15) business days from the shipping date before filing a claim with USPS. Once we file a claim, USPS may take 5-10 business days to process the claim.
If you believe your package was stolen, we highly encourage you to file a police report. This information may become necessary for the USPS claim.
If your package hasn't arrived after seven (7) business days from when you submitted your help request, please submit a USPS Missing Mail Request.
